About the Spreadsheet SamplesHere are several screen shots of the CMS spreadsheet that participants use to make their decisions, forecast sales, and check results before sending in their decisions. Within the spreadsheet, all the sections are linked. In other words, when you make a change in one area, say, the price of a product, the results automatically show up in the other sections. This is extremely useful when
trying to forecast sales and predict the effect on the Income Statement.
Or to find out how spending on process improvement affects contribution
margins. The Analysis Sheet is a separate
spreadsheet that participants receive at the end of each round, showing side-by-side results for each
team. Use the navigation buttons on the left to explore the robust capabilities and options of the CMS program. |
